Refund Policy for Returns
Since IXTAbox only produces products made to order, we do not apply a refund policy.

Complaints
If a product is damaged during transport to you as a customer, we ask you to contact us immediately. Send pictures of the packaging and damaged product. Together we will figure out how to handle the situation in the best way for you as a customer.

Warranty
IXTAbox provides a 5-year warranty on the aluminum box itself and its supporting steel structure. However, rubber strips, LED lights, decals and reflectors are not covered by the warranty.
